IREED Academy had tied up with Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University to conduct a highly successful Career Development Workshop and Recruitment Drive on August 13th & 14th. Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University (DSPMU) has a rich history dating back nearly 185 years, with its origins tracing back to 1839, making it one of the oldest educational institutions in the region.

The workshop included more than 250 equally enthusiastic students from different fields that forced facilitators to allow additional deliveries including real estate market trends, practices, career progression and technological trends that are currently manifesting in the real estate market. Renowned industry experts shared their insights and experiences, providing valuable guidance to the aspiring professionals.

This was then succeeded by an intensive recruitment exercise, which saw over one hundred and over students writing interview. About the 50 percent of the candidates managed to pass through the initial round to the next stage that is 30-day intensive training. The professional training program that is offered in this project will enable the selected candidates to be fully prepared for the challenges that prevail in the real estate business. After the completion of the training, these candidates can avail themselves for the interviews for the highly sought positions in the reputed real estate firms such as Anarock and Squareyards with the help of IREED Academy.

This partnership between IREED Academy and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University has not only offered students appropriate carrier openings, but has also benefited stake holders in the progress of the real estate business.
