Ranchi Women's College, established in 1949, is one of the oldest and most prestigious women's colleges in Ranchi.

As a premier institute exclusively dedicated to creating employment opportunities for skilled manpower in the Indian real estate sector, IREED Academy took immense pride in joining hands with Ranchi Women’s College on September 20 and organizing a constructive and highly informative workshop to highlight the current trends in the real estate sector and skill development. More than 400 participants had registered for the workshop, with 200+ students actively participating from various fields like MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, and BSc IT. These students gained valuable knowledge about the competitive real estate market, exploring key topics such as property valuation, market analysis, and sustainable development practices.

One of the biggest advantages of such an event was the ability for students to sit in on sessions with professionals, which allowed them to learn in a very practical nature what would be required of them if they wanted success in the real estate industry. Students were most appreciative about the latest in training being employed by IREED Academy as well as the syllabi that had been adopted that would help prepare the students for the future job market.

After this workshop on the 21st of September, a recruitment event was held to hire students into different positions within the real estate sector, where 35 candidates were picked to provide them with the opportunity to succeed. Moreover, 12 students were selected for the specialized recruitment career training programs that increase their job opportunities in the respective sector.

Ranchi Women’s College and IREED Academy are molding the future and contributing to enhancing the prospects of students and real estate through focusing on the gap that exists between the educational sector and real estate industry.
