IREED India conducted The Luxury Real Estate Sales Excellence Workshop on 20th and 21st January 26. The workshop was successfully completed and we are pleased to observe the dedication and growth seen in the participants of Trident Realty. This workshop was designed to improve on-ground sales capabilities in a fast-changing real estate environment. 

The workshop was focused on creating a deeper knowledge of selling- where insight, trust and values where prioritzed over transactional conversations. Participants engaged in dealing with how to manage a real client communication with confidence and professionalism. 

The off-site workshop was held by our experts Bhaswar Paul and Harsha Jasrotia, in Gurugram customized to showcase current market realities. The sessions were based on real scenarios, enabling the participants to connect learning about directly with their sales responsibilities. 

The program was meaningful as they shared learning, impactful conversations, practical insights, and solutions to problems. This encouraged participants to reflect on their mindset and approach towards sales. This workshop supported technical skills, growth, confidence, and adaptability.

We are confident that these sessions will encourage participants to perform their best with clarity and consistency in the sales field. The enhanced skills and positive outlook of the participants will help them to consistent success and contribute meaningfully at Trident Realty.
