The Luxury Real Estate Sales Excellence Workshop was successfully completed on 22nd and 23rd January 26’ by IREED India. This was known to be an impactful learning milestone for the Noida batch of Trident Realty. It was held to improve the sales effectivity with evolving dynamics of the real estate market.
This offsite program was based on strengthening a consultative sales approach- empowering participants to change from product based conversations to insights driven client communication. Main area like understanding buyer intent, creating client trust, handling objections, and closing with confidence. The learning framework was relevant, practical, and connected to on-ground sales scenarios.
The off-site workshop was held by our experts Bhaswar Paul and Harsha Jasrotia, in Noida. The sessions were a combination of hands on application and strategic thinking making sure it showcases customer expectations, local market realities, and competitive difficulties specific to the area.
The workshop had active participation, open dialogue, and shared learning, building a space where participants can share experiences and gain practical insights from both peers and trainers. This approach enabled them to transform their current ways and know about opportunities for constant enhancement.
After successful completion, participants showcased improved clarity, refined professional skills and a positive mindset toward complicating client engagements. We are sure that the exposure and knowledge gained via this workshop will enhance their growth as professionals and allow them to add values to the sales ecosystem of Trident Realty.
