About the Event

We are pleased to share the accomplishment of the Luxury Real Estate Sales ExcellenceWorkshop held by IREED India in partnership with Trident Realty conducted on 5th Jan - 6th Jan ‘26. This two-day effective offsite program was executed to strengthen sales credibility by looking at today’s transforming premium real estate market along with logical strategies for selling. 

This high-impact workshop is based on improving client engagement, consultative selling, and practical closing techniques. Participants learned information about addressing objections with confidence, clarity, understanding the behavior of clients, and building long term client relationships. The program was crafted around real difficulties faced, which allowed immediate learnings in the live sales space. 

The offsite workshop was held by our experts Bhaswar Paul and Harsha Jasrotia, who shared their real on-grounf expertise and deep industry knowledge to the program. Held primarily for the Trident Hills Project in Panchkula, the sessions was aligned with customer expectations, positioning of Projects, market dynamics, and channel partner management. 

Participants actively participated in plays, dicussions and learning activities that help them to improve their strategic thinking and real-world problem-solving skills. The program had a strong learning space, peer interaction, and practical insight sharing. 

On completion of the workshop, participants showcased improved professional skills, refined confidence and a positive mindset and outlook towards handling complex client interaction. We are confident that the knowledge and exposure gained by the participants will enable them to excel as high-performing professionals and contribute meaningfully to Trident Realty.
