About the Event

IREED India conducted the Panipat edition of the Luxury Real Estate Sales Excellence Workshop on 21st and 22nd December 2025 to strengthen the sales ability in Trident Realty. This offsite sessions were based on enhancing real-world influence with practical skills. 

The sessions were designed based on-ground experience instead of just conventional training. Participants learned how buyers today think, how sales experts position themselves as trusted advisors rather than transactional sellers, and what enhances decision-making in the premium sector. Strong focus was positioned on relationship building, consultative conversations, and closing with confidence and clarity. 

The off-site workshop was held by our experts Bhaswar Paul and Harsha Jasrotia, who shared their real-world examples and practical insights aligned strongly with the team customized mainly for the Trident Hills Project in Panipat. 

The main aspect of the Panipat workshop was the level of participation. They had open discussions, shared experiences, and problem-solving sessions to create a strong learning environment. The aim was firmly on application- what needs to be changed, what works on site, and how to close deals effectively in live customer interactions. 

On accomplishment of the program, participants showcased refined communication skills, renewed confidence and an active mindset towards their professional growth. We are confident that this program experience will help participants to gain success as a professional in real estate and contribute meaningfully to Trident Realty. 

This off-site workshop reflected the commitment of IREED to build sales teams that are prepared, confident, and ready to perform in real-world market situations.
